Ada Offonry has spent 20 years building quantitative research, machine learning, and engineering teams for systematic hedge funds and AI-native companies—including four years as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Quadrature Capital, a $6B systematic hedge fund.
In 2025, she founded Inference Search to solve the hardest hiring challenges in quant and deep tech, and launched Adapted Ambitions to help accomplished professionals navigate mid-career reinvention.
Her insights are sought after by founders, CTOs, and investors competing for exceptional technical talent. Through her podcast and coaching programmes, she guides mid-career professionals—particularly women—through identity transformation and career pivots in an AI-driven world.
