I created this bonus episode in light of everything that is going on in the world today, choosing to focus on the interaction between Amy Cooper and Christian Cooper in Central Park New York, and the lightbulb moment I had concerning systemic racism and how it shows up in the workplace.

I have typically shied away from discussing race at work. I wanted to be judged based on my professionalism, competence and results. However I now realize that my voice needs to be amongst the chorus, in order to help root this rot out.
